Personalised employability coaching and support for 16-30 year olds.
Skills Shape provides personalised, employability support for individuals who need clarity, confidence, and practical skills to move forward with employment and progression.
Our services are designed for young adults, career changers, and organisations seeking structured, meaningful support that goes beyond traditional careers advice.
As of March 2026, over 1 million young people aged 16–24 were not in education, employment or training.”
Only 49% of young people feel they know what employers want.
We dont just talk about future goals.
We help young adults search for real local opportunities and take action.
