For Individuals

Opportunity Hack: Live Local Job Search Support
Opportunity Hack is a practical live session where we search for real opportunities in your area together.

This could include jobs, apprenticeships, training, volunteering or work experience. We help you understand what employers are asking for, spot opportunities that match your strengths, and start applying with confidence.

Practical 1:1 session where we search for real opportunities together.

We look at what is actually available in your area and help you explore suitable jobs, apprenticeships, training, volunteering or work experience opportunities.

During the session, we can support you to:

  • Search for live local opportunities

  • Understand job adverts and employer expectations

  • Identify roles that match your strengths, interests and goals

  • Build confidence applying for opportunities

  • Start or improve applications

  • Create a clear action plan for next steps

This session is ideal for young adults who feel stuck, unsure where to search, or overwhelmed by applications.

Many are stuck in the ‘middle’ not failing , but not progressing.
